There is plent to do with this simple but effective extension. The plan shows receiving and dispatching lines with run-round point work with a large locomotive depot equipped with a turntable (included in the pack along with all 10 buffer stops) plus sidings and operating conveyor. The vacant baseboard area is ideal for a gas works while the conveyor sidings could be incorporated within the gas works complex.
(additional power or link wires  to supply the tracks connected to the turntable may be required).
