Description
This unique collectable train pack includes a locomotive and rolling stock and instead of track features an EFE die-cast Stratford-Upon-Avon open top tour bus. Based on the popular heritage steam railway tour that runs between Birmingham and Stratford-Upon-Avon via the scenic North Warwickshire line, this pack allows the modeller to recreate this famous train in all its glory. The locomotive featured is the Collett-designed GWR Hall Class No.4965 'Rood Ashton Hall' and its rake of coaches includes a Mk1 BSK in Chocolate & Cream and two Mk1 Pullman coaches in Umber & Cream (with lighting).
Vintage Trains are the operators of the real-life Shakespeare Express, which commences its 2015 season on Sunday, 19th July and runs once a week until 6th September. For more information on this fantastic tour that winds its way through the heart of Shakespeare's County, please visit
